Highway construction is an important factor in the development of national economy and infrastructure construction.A lot of money has been invested into highway construction every year in China.It is important to estimate the investment before decision-making and the feasibility study of the project.For a long time,many scholars have made studies on estimating the investment of highway engineering and got many achievements,but it is insufficient.Estimating the investment is difficult because of the long construction cycle,complex environment and uncertain factors.It is significant to find a method of estimating the cost of highway engineering cost.In view of the need of investment estimation in highway engineering planning stage,First of all,this paper reviews the research status and development trend of current domestic and international highway cost investment estimation,Through the analysis of the cost of highway engineering,It is the decisive factor in the estimation of the whole highway project.And then study and construct the evaluation index system of highway engineering cost,Based on historical data survey and finishing,Using the MySQL database management system platform to build a road cost case library,Serve the case-based reasoning workflow,This paper puts forward the road investment estimation system based on case reasoning,And through the engineering example to verify the effectiveness of the system,Has a certain value of engineering applications and reference.
