Research On Of Highway Engineering Test Billing Method System Based On Case-based Reasoning

Scientific, standardization and rationalization of test cost management for engineering quality monitoring had a huge impact. For maintenance of highway engineering testing market,some provinces、autonomous regions and the Ministry of Transportation,according to their characteristics,compiled and published test management approach and testing costs guide price.Based on the research of the existing accounting standards, the content of the project of highway engineering test is differ,price difference is big,there is no uniform procedures and methods to formulate and cost standards can not meet the real needs.So it is necessary to establish a research method system of billing.From extensively reviewed relevant literature and data, the thesis analyzes highway test billing and case-based reasoning theory,and will the theory of CBR combined with billing methods, exploringly puts forward the relevant theoretical framework based on CBR. On the basis of the theoretical framework,first,preprocessing the collected sample data,and statistical analysis method based on the sample size and coefficient of variation is applied, it is concluded that most of data statistical characteristics is small sample and big difference, thus to clustering analysis samples, draw a correlation between samples, and classify the sample according to the statistical characteristic;Then, the thesis describ the consumer price index(CPI), analogy analysis,regression analysis and inquiry method which commonly used in calculation method,and introduce model method based on entropy of knowledge;Next,selecting method of calculation from three aspects,choice of applicability, sample selection and model optimization, Receive reasonable theoretical values calculated, based on full of using sample data and evaluate the calculated results whether can meet the requirements of practical application, to build a complete, unified and efficient method of billing system.The proposed billing method system including the case library system, the preferred method and the theoretical value of the evaluation system in this thesis, due to take full advantage of the existing sample data and the reasonable method was adopted to choose program, perfect the relevant theories of test billing, raise the cost of the standard of standardization and scientization, save social resources, promote the promotion of "four new" technology and the development of testing industry.
