In recent years,accompanied by a large number of infrastructure construction,all kinds of Bridges has been widely used in different intensity area.Catastrophic natural disasters as earthquake occurred frequently,brings the huge losses and risk,highlights the urgency and seriousness of analyzing seismic research work.Bridge as the key part of the road system and control parts,in the modern traffic occupies the important position and plays an important role,therefore must ensure that the seismic response of the reliability and security.Belongs to one of the earthquakes in the world in our country,it is a mountainous country,more and more experts and scholars more values to improve the seismic performance of bridge structure,especially the high piers earthquake research.,reducing vibration isolation technology is to improve the seismic performance of structure is very effective a way to add damper in bridge structure such as damping device of energy consumption,is considered to be a new,safe,economic and effective method of reducing vibration isolation.Because damper own safety performance is good,construction convenient,low cost,low pollution to the environment,and the damping effect is good wait for an advantage,be accepted by the experts and scholars of all countries in raising structure seismic performance has a very broad prospects for development.This article first to the viscous dampers for internal structure,working principle and mechanics calculation model are introduced and the derivation,the seismic responses of the bridge structure in the dynamic analysis briefly elaborated the theoretical knowledge;Next to a highway bridge in yunnan province as the background,using the large finite element software MIDAS/CIVIL finite element model is established,on the dynamic time history analysis,mainly do the following:(1)Bridges at home and abroad are introduced to reduce isolation of development and research status,this paper expounds the working principle of viscous dampers,stated the set with viscous dampers under the seismic response calculation method of bridge structure.(2)with a background of continuous girder bridge for engineering example,this paper introduces the use of large finite element software MIDAS CIVIL modeling process,and the natural vibration characteristic is calculated.(3)to study the design of viscous dampers on the bridge pier,the first analysis of bridge pier model and to find an ideal layout scheme of damper,and then apply this arrangement scheme to the whole bridge model,using the dynamic time history analysis method to the finite element model,this paper compares and analyzes the viscous dampers is decorated in the piers on the influence of the seismic performance of bridge piers.
