Research On The Evaluation Index System And Planning Technology Of Distribution Network In The Process Of Urbanization

With economic and social development of China,the traditional urbanization has appeared several problems,which have restricted the sustainable development of economic and society.Hence the 18 th National Congress first proposed the concept of “new urbanization”.Under the background of this new era,if our country does not pay attention to the management and construction of distribution network,the lagging development of distribution network is bound to affect the development of new urbanization.Hence,there is great significance for developing power grid and city in building a scientific and practical comprehensive evaluation system which adapts to the new urbanization process.Aimed at problems and shortages now existed in evaluation theory and method of distribution networks,main work is unfolded in four aspects.Firstly,through the comparison of the new urbanization and the traditional urbanization,we will establish a new urbanization development level evaluation system considering the development of new urbanization;and secondly we consider the local characteristics of the industry combined with the actual development of the situation,and divide the towns into different types of industry;thirdly,through the comprehensive evaluation of the development level of distribution network,the assessment requirements for distribution network will be completed;the last but not the least,we will get the relationship between the new urbanization and the development level of distribution network by researching on the matching degree between this two.In the final part of the paper,a concrete example is added.In this part,through the analysis and calculation of the development level of the new urbanization and distribution network in five towns of Xinghua county,it illustrates the operability and practicability of constructing the index system,and further illustrates the practical significance of this paper 's research.At the end of the paper,the conclusions and innovative contents of this study have been described,followed by the problems and limitations of this research.
