Research On The Coupling And Coordination Of High-quality Development Of Construction Industry And New Urbanization

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed that Promoting high-quality development" will be the theme of the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.At the same time,in the context of the new economic development,the in-depth promotion of new urbanization has also been put on the agenda.As an important member of the national economy,the construction industry proposes to take the road of high-quality development through industrialization and intelligence.However,the high-quality development of the construction industry is still in the exploratory stage,and problems such as high resource consumption and low production efficiency have not yet been effecttively resolved.On the other hand,as the main force in urban construction,the construction industry’s development quality has an important influence on the level of new urbanization.Therefore,from the perspective of coupling and coordination,explores the mechanism of coupling and coordination between new urbanization and the high-quality development of the construction industry,and studies the coupling and coordination between the two.It is of great significance to promote the simultaneous high-quality development of the construction industry and the new urbanization,as well as the high-quality development of the economy and society.Based on the connotation of high-quality development,the connotation of high-quality development of the construction industry,and the connotation of new-type urbanization,this paper studies the coupling and coordinated development mechanism between the high-quality development of the construction industry and the new-type urbanization;The quality development comprehensive evaluation model and the coupling and coordination research model between the two,and based on the panel data of 29 provinces in my country from 2012 to 2019,measure and evaluate the high-quality development level of the construction industry and the level of new urbanization.Empirical test of the coupling and coordination of the participants.Finally,a diagnosis model of obstacle factors is established to analyze the influencing factors that affect the coordinated development of coupling.The research indicates:(1)The level of new urbanization and the high-quality development of the construction industry have spatial similarities,They all show a distribution from the east to the west,the level of development from high to low,and there are significant differences in the level of development between regions;Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Beijing have higher levels of high-quality development in the construction industry,and Guangdong,Beijing and Jiangsu have higher levels of new urbanization.(2)The high-quality coupling and coordination of the new urbanization and the construction industry in various regions shows a pattern of gradually decreasing development levels from the southeast to the northwest.In addition,the level of coupling coordination among provinces is not high,most of them are barely coordinated or on the verge of a high-quality lagging state in the construction industry.Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Beijing have high coupling coordination.(3)The lagging for high-quality development of the construction industry is the direct cause that affects the coordinated development.The scale benefit level,innovative development level and shared development level of the construction industry are the main factors that affect the coordinated development of the high-quality development of the construction industry and the new urbanization.The results of this study provide certain theoretical support for local governments to formulate policies related to the promotion of new-type urbanization and high-quality development of the construction industry,and better respond to the country’s call for high-quality development and new-type urbanization.
