Metering device as an important network equipment assets to achieve its "asset life cycle management," the business goals is an important part of the smart grid and SG-ERP system construction.Traditional power management equipment in storage and test links just use the bar code approach to management,in many areas the lack of access to information in real-time way,causing asset management degree of precision is not enough.Establish a complete,precise,and accurate electrical equipment management,the need for metering device for the object to optimize business processes through the measurement point planning and design,procurement and storage,operation and verification,asset disposal the whole process to achieve real logistics,information flow,value one stream,highly intensive asset life-cycle management.Because of RFID technology by product performance consistency is not high,too single,written information.Not enough storage space,data information security level is too low,and other technical conditions,the depth and breadth of application is far from achieving the final asset management requirements,just a simple asset inventory level.Based on the key technologies based on electricity metering assets of state secret secure high-capacity RFID tag lifecycle management,good asset information management to strengthen the power of data security,authorization legitimacy.At the same time,large-capacity RFID tag can effectively solve the problem of electricity metering data storage assets throughout the life cycle at different stages and let live longer restrict application of wireless data transmission,directly in the field can be very efficiently through the appropriate installation.The electronic label products and related equipment transformation,combined with Ningxia Electric Power Research Institute in various cities and metering center Situation metering warehouse applications can be measured with the asset life cycle of goods and many other applications transfer,information exchange,asset inventory,the real logistics,information flow,value flow one,to achieve highly intensive electricity metering asset life-cycle management.In addition,the paper also studied the electronic tag issuance and data write process,the electronic tag data interface,docking studies with MDS system,the study protocol RFID tags,encoding and decoding,and data for electronic tag MDS docking system.By the verification link test information written asset tag such means can be implemented on-site inspection to verify the localization of business expansion,to avoid reliance on back-office systems and networks,improve work efficiency.
