In the power generation side,the proportion of new energy increased year by year,but the problems of power generation forcast,gird integration and consumption become the bottlenecks of the development of new energy industry and the focus of study.In the load side,a large number of distributed power generation resources and flexible loads are springing up,so that the grid can interact with users and there is bidirectional power flow in the grid.Demand response,as a way of scheduling,can motivate users to change their consumption behaviors through compensation measures or changes in price form,thus achieving the purpose of peak load shifting,new energy fluctuations controling and new energy consumption.Based on the new energy consumption and electricity market,this paper carried out different scheduling types for different flexible loads in the Gansu intelligent Park in order to achieve the purpose of local consumption of new energyand peak load shifting.On the basis of analysis and classification of the flexible loads and demand response patterns,this paper combined different both methods and carried our two scheduling methods.One kind is the direct load control scheduling of the generalized energy storage loads of electric vehicles and temperature-controlled loads.Taking the maximum benefit of the grid and the minimum of the user's electricity tariff as the goal,this paper achieved the joint operation mode of the electric vehicles and air conditioners and the scheduling model is applied to the new energy system.The other kind is the critical peak pricing regulation of the high load users.This model firstly solved the optimal wind bid strategy based on the newsboy model and then established the critical peak price model for high energy users and then judged the peak day considering constraints of the difference between peak and valley loads and abandoned wind rate and got the scheduling methods of high load users considering different objective functions in peak day and non-peak day.The first example shows the complementary scheduling effect of electric vehicles and air conditioners and verifys the ability of collaborative scheduling with distributed new energy ensuring the interests of the grid and users and ensuring the distribution transformer did not overload.The second example shows that the scheduling high load users can achieve the purpose of peak load shifting in the peak day and achieve the purpose of new energy consumption in the non-peak day.So the two scheduling modes can be complementary in the new energy consumption.
