With an increasing penetration of renewable clean energy generation capacity in distribution network,distribution system is now facing the development requirements to both consume local clean energy and delay distribution system capacity recruitment investment,which is a new challenge for safety,economy and flexibility of distribution network Scale development and rational use of load side demand response resource(DR resource)is an economic and reliable measurement for the challenge.According to integrated resource planning methods and “generation-grid-load” coordinative planning thoughts,this thesis mainly focus on the demand response resource planning problem in distribution network and investigates optimal allocation DR resource in distribution network,considering effects from DR resource on both planning and operating in distribution network and safety constrains,to figure out optimal sitting and sizing of DR resource in distribution network.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Considering three main benefits to distribution network resulting from demand response such as consuming more clean energy,alleviating the pressure on the power system in peak load shaving,deferring distribution network equipment investment and cost for DR resource development and operation,a demand response comprehensive benefit calculation method for distribution network is proposed.(2)The planning model of demand response resource for distribution network with objective of maximizing comprehensive net benefit is established,which takes operation constrains into account.The daily multi-period optimal response process of DR resource under typical renewable generation scenario is embedded in the planning model in which response benefits difference of DR resource at different spatial locations is counted.(3)A modified particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to solve the proposed specific planning problem.The case study results verified the effectiveness of proposed model in optimal DR resource planning,demand response potential evaluation and DR resource screening for distribution network operators.
