| Compared with the traditional centralized power generation,the output of wind energy and solar-based renewable energy generator sets is random and intermittent,which has a profound impact on the planning,operating,relay protection and power quality.Demand Side Resource(DSR),as an important resource available for distribution network,has become an important regulatory tool in the planning and operational optimization of distribution network.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to make full use of the demand side resources to improve the investment and operation efficiency of distribution network,improve the utilization ratio of equipment assets and renewable energy sources,and improve the power quality in the planning stage and the operation stage.It is of great significance to the healthy development of power grid companies in the electricity market reform.This paper first introduces the research status of distribution network in planning and operation:content,methods and solving algorithms of distribution network planning are introduced and so is the research progress of it.The paper also described the main control measures of demand side resource and the planning method of active distribution network which takes contribution of demand side resources into account.The current control measures of reactive power optimization and measures to coordinate and optimize the DSR and reactive power control are also included.A collaborative planning model of distribution network considering energy storage system and demand side response is proposed in this paper.In the model,considering the distribution line cost,energy storage system cost,abandonment cost and demand-side response compensation cost,the energy storage operation constraint and demand response constraint are introduced,and the final result is closer to actual operating conditions,a more cost-effective distribution network optimization planning model is acquired.An example is given to show that it has the comprehensive superiority compared with the planning model that simply considers a single certain factor.By combining the control characteristics of cycle control of air-conditioning load and interruptible load,and combining the reactive power compensation capability of wind turbine generator and energy storage with the conventional distribution network voltage regulation equipment,a coordinated reactive power optimization control model of distribution network is proposed and an Improved Parallel Cooperative Co-evolutionary Differential Evolution Algorithm(IPCCD-EA)is applied to solve the model.The proposed method not only can effectively conduct demand side response,realize the fine scheduling of "peak shifting and avoiding peak",but also can coordinate and solve the voltage substandard problem appearing in the network during peak load hours,and achieved the distributed energy reactive control,Demand-side response and distribution network reactive power control. |
