According to GB13223-2011 "emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants”,the existing environmental protection facilities of coal-fired units have been unable to meet the pollutant discharge requirements,which need to upgrade and transform.As a series of renovation projects were carried out by the installation of denitration catalyst,low temperature economizer at the end of flue gas system,wet electrostatic precipitator,desulfurization system compacity-increasing transformation and cancellation of desulfurization system booster fan,the draft fan shaft power of boiler was greatly improved,which would become one of the biggest auxiliary power loads in the power plant.So reasonable selection of the drive mode of induced draft fan plays an important role in power plants for safe and economic operation.Low-temperature multi-effect distillation desalination is one of the mainstream seawater desalination technologies,which is limited by the cost of water and steam heat source selection.The contradiction between electricity and water production is becoming more and more obvious,which restricts the popularization and application of the technology.Therefore,it is an effective way to reduce the cost of seawater desalination and improve the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of energy by selecting a safe and economical steam heat source and exploring a reasonable water and electricity co-generation scheme.In this paper,an integrated optimization of the induced draft fan reform and low temperature multi-effect desalination unit was carried out under the background of the reconstruction of a coal-fired power plant auxiliary reform and low temperature multi-effect distillation project in Hebei Province.An optimized model of combined water and electricity is proposed,which provides an effective way to improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy.At the same time,the theory of equipment supervision and management is adopted,and the control measures of project quality supervision are deeply researched,the key points and control measures of quality control are determined,which would give guidance and help for the similar engineering project equipment supervision work.
