Equipment Supervision In Installation And Debugging Process Of Steam Induced Draft Fan System In Thermal Power Unit

As an important measure in installation project quality control of thermal power unit, equipment supervision should play a positive role in different stages of the equipment design, manufacture, installation and debugging. For the targeted installation project supervision implementation of steam induced draft fan group in thermal power plant, the thesis summarizes the equipment installation technology and supervision practice of induced draft fan turbine system, the quality control points of gear box installation, the quality control measures of steam induced draft fan system debugging, the supervision of lifting equipment configuration and selection for induced draft fan room combining with the characteristics of 350 MW thermal power unit installation and supervision practice of steam induced draft fan system equipment installation. This has important guiding significance for promoting the implementation of supervision and ensuring the quality of engineering construction.The main work and achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1)Combining with the characteristics, installation requirements and actual situation on site of induced draft fan turbine system, supervision control measures during the installation phase of the small steam turbine and system equipment are summarized. Through the exposed problems on site and installation supervision practice, installation supervision control standards, main control points and matters needing attention for induced draft fan turbine are put forward, which will provide valuable experience for the installation of follow up other same type steam induced draft fan groups.(2)Combined with the structural principles and classification of planetary gear box. key supervising points of the gear box selection of the steam induced draft fan group are put forward. And for the gear box installation practice of steam induced draft fan group in a power plant, cantering requirements and quality control measures for coupling are emphasized in the thesis, which provide reference and supervision basis for selection and installation gear box.(3)In combination with the practical situation on site of thermal power unit and characteristics of the steam induced draft fan system, conditions required, method and steps, quality acceptance and key supervising points of pipe flushing and purging are elaborated which define the quality control methods and supervision responsibilities, ensure the quality of steam induced draft fan system debugging.(4)For the equipment characteristics, installation and maintenance requirements of the steam induced draft fan group in thermal power plant, combined with application examples of lifting equipment type selection and installation for steam induced draft fan room in thermal power plant, the optimization advices for selection and installation of steam induced draft fan unit lubricating oil pump, induced draft fan and small steam turbine lifting equipment are proposed.
