In order to master the operation characteristics of the boiler,obtain the economic stability working conditions and reduce the coking,NO.3 Baotou Thermal Power Plant based on the boiler of blending a variety of inferior coal,safe and economical optimization experiment was carried out for the purpose of reducing fuel costs,maximizing the interests of enterprises and ensuring the safety and economic operation when the boiler mixed burning inferior coal in the various conditions?According to the data of coal quality analysis of different kinds of coal and the data curve of mixed coal blending is fitted,and the influence of mixed coal on boiler parameters is analyzed by thermodynamic calculation.On the premise of the mill outlet temperature,the experiment adjusted the primary air velocity and the coal fineness in a reasonable range.The experiment allocated reasonable ratio of one or two wind and optimized the operation mode of coal grinding machine.The boiler was in the best running state.In the current state of the burner,the boiler flue gas deviation was reduced in order to achieve the best combustion of coal blended with the best proportion of combustion,so as to provide operational guidance for the operation of combustion adjustment.At the same time,on the basis of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit,the research on the burning of the inferior coal was discussed.
