In recent years,an increasing attention has been paid to energy and environmental issues,such as global energy shortage,pollution and global climate change.The electric vehicles have incomparable superiority in term of alleviating the energy crisis,improving the environmental conditions,promoting the harmonious development of the human and the environment.Under government's tremendous support and promotion,China's electric vehicle industry has entered a period of rapid development.Being as a core part of electric vehicle promotion,electric buses have been put into operation in a number of cities.However,problems such as peak load increase,energy waste and other issues might be brought to power grid if electric buses charge without order in a large scale.It would also add to operating costs in the context of time-sharing price.This paper builds the power consumption regression model of electric b us under the influence of different external factors and establish.Then,electric bus charging and operation strategy are built accordingly.Firstly,the paper analyses possible external factors that affect the electric bus power consumption,including routes,weather,policy,type of day,traffic conditions and so on.Then,these factors were summarized to provide a basis for the establishment of electric bus power consumption model classification.Secondly,the design of the investigation of electric bus operation was made.Data was collected by recording the electric consumption under different circumstances in Baoding,Hebei province.Afterwards,a regression model of electric bus power consumption considering various external factors was built.Examples are given to illustrate the application of the model in forecasting electric power consumption of the electric buses,providing useful reference for the forecasting of electric buses charging load and operation scheduling.Thirdly,after calculating the charging load of electric buses on the forecast day,the optimal charging and operation strategy of the electric bus was formulated.Finally,an analysis of the investment of the optimal charging strategy was made.
