| Distributed Control System(DCS),as the core of power plant automation control,has become the key link to ensure the safety,stability and efficient operation of generator set.(Hereinafter referred to as "Baotou No.2 Thermal Power Plant")2 × 200 MW unit DCS original use of Xinhua control engineering company XDPS-400 + type control system,steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic regulating system DEH for FOXBORO(hereinafter referred to as "Baotou Second Thermal Power Plant"),I / A series system,after years of operation,the unit used by the controller,IO card,workstations have been aging,a serious threat to the safe operation of the unit.Power plant auxiliary system PLC control also entered the aging stage,leading to DCS system can not for the soot system,boiler row row and other major transformation to provide supporting support.Therefore,the unit unit,public system,auxiliary control system to develop integrated transformation program and implementation is necessary.Based on the theory and practice,this paper studies the design,implementation and application of XDC800 system of Shanghai Xinhua in the integration and upgrading of DCS and DEH in Baotou No.2 Thermal Power Plant.Through the use of DCS system status and system I / O analysis,to develop a transformation program to determine a new generation of network-based,hardware modular structure,graphical configuration software visualization XDC800 for the process control system.The transformation using DEH and DCS integrated transformation,and cancel some auxiliary control PLC control system,its control function into the host DCS system.Through the control cabinet,controller,workstation,network system installation wiring,the system control logic configuration and picture porting,conversion,DCS system static and thermal debugging and other transformation work.The current system has been put into operation,both from the security and stability or scalability in terms of,have reached the desired purpose. |
