Analysis On The Transformation Of Electric Control System Of Guotai Power Generation Company

Electric Control System(ECS)is the core of automation contro l in thermal power plant.Its advanced nature,reliability and sensitivity have become the key guarantee to ensure stable,safe and efficient operation of the unit.In this paper,the DCS system of Xingtai Guotai Power Generation Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the "GuoTai Company")unit of the electrical control part(ECS)upgrading of the project as the background,through the author's participation in the project,the overall design and research of the reform scheme.First,the operation status and existing problems of the electrical control system are analyzed,and the necessity and feasibility of the transformation is put forward.Then combined with the development trend at home and abroad,we designed a set of transformation plan.The various monitoring methods of the electrical control system are discussed in detail,and the technical performance and project investment of various monitoring methods are compared,and the application of Fieldbus Technology in the electrical control system is demonstrated.Then on the basis of the XDC800 monitoring system of Xinhua company,the work of mapping point,picture design,logic configuration,communication network,installation of disk cabinet and system transmission debugging is carried out on the electrical control system of GuoTai Company.Finally,rectification and summary are made for the imperfections of the transformation,and ideas for future application of new technologies are put forward.The new system is safe and stable,and has achieved the expected goal so far,which verifies the scientific and reasonable transformation plan.This study provides guidance,solution and construction manual for the reform of the GuoTai Company electrical control system,and provides experience for the transformation of other types of systems.
