The operation condition of power transformer will be directly related to the safe operation of the whole power network.In the long term operation of the transformer,the insulation damage,partial discharge,local overheating and winding damage will inevitably occur,which will seriously affect the safe operation of the transformer.At present,through the detection of the dissolved gas content and composition of dissolved oil in the oil immersed power transformer at home and abroad.Firstly,the main factors of transformer fault types and fault are analyzed,according to the transformer structure and transformer on-line monitoring technology,and based on the detailed application of artificial neural network,fuzzy logic,particle swarm optimization algorithm in transformer fault diagnosis.Secondly. This paper introduces the design of online monitoring system of transformer,including light source selection,microphone selection,oil and gas separation methods and monitoring terminal signal processing part of the hardware and software design.The main chip of FPGA is used to collect and proces s the signal of signal processing circuit.The hardware part includes the design of signal conditioning circuit,A/D sampling circuit,watchdog,RS485 and other parts of the software;using FPGA internal Nios II kernel to control the use of the Verilog language design logic circuit.Data transmission between the process layer and the interlayer through the RS485 bus.Development of intelligent power transmission equipment monitoring and decision support system software(station control layer),real-time display of the current monitoring data.The software embedded diagnosis algorithm can realize transformer fault diagnosis,and also design the fault alarm prompt function.Finally,the practical application of the system data analysis,and verify the feasibility of the system.
