Power transformer is the core equipment in power system.It is mainly used to control power flow,transmit energy and adjust voltage level.If the power transformer fails,it will lead to problems in the operation of the power grid,and even lead to the collapse of the entire power system.Therefore,using on-line monitoring system to monitor the operation status of transformers and predict the faults of transformers in advance can make pertinent preparations for maintaining transformers in advance.It can not only improve the safety and stability of power transformers,but also maintain the security and stability of the whole power system.It has a very strong reality.Significance.In addition,strengthening on-line monitoring of power transformers can also prolong the service life of power transformers and control the cost of power systems.In this paper,an intelligent monitoring and fault diagnosis system for oil-immersed transformer is designed and developed based on the idea of intelligent internal monitoring,which is used to monitor and diagnose the fault of oil-immersed transformer.The main purposes of this paper are as follows: Firstly,by analyzing the basic structure of power system transformer,the intelligent components of power system transformer are studied in detail.Combined with the intelligent components,a comprehensive monitoring and diagnosis system is designed and developed.Secondly,the relationship between the characteristic gas of oil-immersed transformer and its internal faults is systematically analyzed.It also discusses the relevant fault diagnosis methods,which can enhance the diagnostic accuracy of the transformer fault diagnosis system and solve the problems existing in the traditional diagnostic methods.Third,relying on the differential essence algorithm of BP neural network,the diagnosis method of the transformer fault intelligent diagnosis system is optimized and targeted.The effectiveness of the algorithm is simulated,and the validity and accuracy of the optimized algorithm are verified.Fourthly,the intelligent monitoring and fault diagnosis system of transformer is designed as a whole,including system configuration software and database software,and the scheme of data sharing and data transmission in the system is proposed.Through the design and development of the transformer online monitoring system in this paper,we hope to find out the technology that can monitor the status and fault of the transformer online,and provide a feasible scheme for the relevant staff to effectively monitor the transformer,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the transformer,and avoid the failure of the transformer to the whole power.The operation of the system causes damage and irreversible economic losses.
