’Near zero energy consumption building" is the future development direction of the construction industry.Thanks to the high performance building insulation structure and high energy efficiency building energy equipment,the energy consumption base of "near zero energy consumption building" is small compared with the traditional building.The unreasonable operation control mode will lead to the serious deviation of the actual energy consumption,resulting in the "energy saving building".The problem of not saving energy.This paper studies the control strategy of the platform building energy system on the basis of the "research center of passive ultra low energy consumption residential building of Shenyang Construction University" on the basis of the early construction load forecasting,in order to explore the control strategy and control method suitable for "near zero energy consumption building,,and to realize "near zero energy consumption building".Running energy saving.In the aspect of building load forecasting,the DEST software is used to simulate and analyze the building hour load of the building in the demonstration center,and then the data of the load forecasting model are selected and processed,and the correlation analysis of the influence factors of the load forecasting is nainly analyzed.Through the small correlation coefficient,6 kinds of higher correlation factors are selected.As the main input,it mainly includes indoor temperature,outdoor temperature,solar radiation time,outdoor wind speed,fresh air volume index and working day type.Then the influencing factors were normalized.At last,taking the demonstration center as the case,the load forecasting algorithm is studied.The BP neural network prediction algorithn 1s used to predict the building load.At the same time,the algorithm is optimized by the L-M method.Finally,a prediction precision and fast convergence speed of the building load forecasting algorithm are obtained.The control of the energy system in the demonstration center is mainly divided into three aspects.According to the heat source system of energy system,the control strategy of solar energy and heat pump and phase change energy storage tank is mainly analyzed.At the same time,it is concluded that the solar system mainly adopts the temperature difference control method.The upper and lower control parameters of the solar system are 8 degrees centigrade and 2 degrees centigrade,the solar collector system has the highest heat collecting eff-iciency;the heat pump system is adopted.The indoor temperature controls the way of starting and stopping the heat pump,and the phase change energy storage tank adopts the water supply temperature control mode.According to the end system of the energy system:the fan coil,the floor radiation heating and the new air unit,different control schemes are made.The energy consumption value of the different terminal devices under the same comfort conditions is obtained through the Energyplus simulation.The fan coil is controlled by three speed fan,and the deviation degree between the actual temperature and the target temperature is switched under the automatic mode.The proportional solenoid valve is set at the backwater pipe to control the flow of the system.The floor radiant heating is controlled by the average radiation temperature,and the flow regulating valve is set up to set up the water device.Compartmental adjustment;Aiming at the fresh air system:the new air ventilator based on the CO2 concentration as the main criterion,the PM2.5 and VOC data interfaces are reserved for comprehensive judgement.The combination of the building load forecasting algorithm and the perfect control strategy of the energy system determines the reliability of the whole control system,so the final research gets the building load forecasting control strategy based on the actual meteorological parameters and the stage property regulation curve.The stage property regulation curve is generated in the upper computer,the control strategy of the curve and the energy system is combined in the upper computer.The water supply temperature output in the curve is used as the digital input module of the PLC control system,so as to control the switching of the whole control system and the execution of the control mode of each subsystem.In view of the multi energy complementary coupled heat source of near zero energy consumption buildings based on the actual operation effect and the characteristics of heat source,the construction load forecasting algorithm and the optimized control strategy and control method are studied,which provide a powerful guarantee for energy saving in the operation stage of near zero energy consumption building.We can realize the rational and efficient utilization of energy through multifunction and complementary operation.Low temperature intermittent heating and predictive control can effectively reduce the energy consumption of building operation while ensuring comfort.The research has certain academic value,and can be standardized design and promotion,to the greatest extent,produce obvious economic and social benefits.
