With China's economic and technological development,the demand for energy and power for economic development must be energy,facing opportunities and challenges.In such an environment,the requirement to the electric power industry are also gradually improve,in order to the sustainable developmen t of our country and the urgent need of environmental protection,the flue gas denitration has become a problem to be solved.Coal-fired power plants were introduced in this paper the development of denitration and denitration now the development of automatic control,mainly introduces the basic process of the denitration of yuncheng power plant in Shanxi Province and control logic,denitration A and B side began to blow or check status of logic optimization,denitration tone if cut to manual mode is to kee p the current opening motionless,ammonia injection quantity does not make adjustment;If the denitration tone in the automatic state,is still in accordance with the adjusted value.Because the export value of NOX is changeless,tone has been unchanged,according to this regulation and deviation cause the regulator to have been up or down.Open through ambassador ammonia injection quantity increased which resulted in increased ammonia escape and bad consequences,such as air preheater plugging ash and open through small affect denitration efficiency.Therefore to modify logic,when the system is in a state of blow or check followed another side adjusted export value of NOX,avoid excessive emissions.Article mainly introduces the shanxi yuncheng power plant unit 1 and 2 of SCR device spraying ammonia and ammonia injection under high load adjustment and optimization scheme optimization adjustment test,researchers involved in the denitration operation and thermal control in June 2016 to November 2016 in 1,2 # unit load stability conditions,according to the export of NO X denitration system distribution,optimizes the denitration system each branch pipe ammonia injection quantity,export NOX in flue gas denitration system uniform distribution,get the best NOX removal effect.Staff during this period through the inlet and outlet flue gas denitration system NOX concentration field test of flue gas oxygen content distribution at the inlet and outlet of the denitration system test experiments with a large amount of data,later contrast analysis of the experimental results,find out the optimal denitration control scheme,according to the requirements of the different load and adjust the volume of control spraying ammonia quality requirement at any time,verify the necessity of denitration control,for low NOX emissions under the new standard to take the most economic security control system,improving the efficiency of the SCR system,reduce export SCR system interface NO X concentration deviation,reduce the amount of ammonia escape SCR system and so on.Used in practice,a large number of experimental data to forget practitioners to draw lessons from.
