| Aiming at the problem of overload’s operation in work center and the imbalance of productive line in the process of production with a domestic mechanical manufacturing enterprise,this paper gives the algorithm about dynamic capability evaluation of work center based on the establishment of the model with the load’s factor in the bottleneck’s work center.It reduces the possibility of the overload’s operation in some key work center and optimizes the utilization of work centers.The main contents of research are as follows:First of all,this paper describes the data of productive resource that affects the analysis of capacity in the work center.In order to make the final capability’s model of work center with strong systematic implementation,this paper constructs the model of static capacity in the work center based on the condition in the static resource and the mode of multi-variety with small batch of production.For example,taking the data of the actual productive task in one year,with the decomposition in the BOM of products,this paper calculate the static ability of each work center.With the analysis of the static capacity in the work center,it is proposed to optimize the load’s rate of the bottleneck in work center by the way of replacing the work center.Secondly,based on the model of the static capacity in the work center,this paper introduces the dynamic resources and events.With the analysis of the actual productive batches in enterprises and the decomposition of the productive tasks,it puts forward the concept of dynamic time’s window and constructs the model of dynamic capability in the work center.Based on the data of dynamic productive task,it uses the genetic and ant colony hybrid algorithm to select the appropriate work center for the bottleneck’s process to optimize the load’s rate with the work center in the dynamic time’s window.Finally,this paper designs and realizes the module of the work center’s capability with analysis and optimization under the platform of system in productive preparation.It analyzes the environment of systematic development and the design of systematic architecture.Then it put forward the design in the overall structure,and introduced the specific implementation about the system.It reduces the load’s rate of some key work centers in the dynamic process of production,improves the rate of utilization in the idle work centers,and solves the imbalance problem in the process of production.So it is of great significance to improve the productive capacity and speed up the informational construction in the manufacturing enterprise. |
