The use of recycled concrete can reduce the environmental pollution caused by construction waste and alleviate the problem of excessive exploitation of natural aggregate.The short beam itself is more and more widely used in civil engineering because of its huge bearing capacity.In this paper, through test to make 7 have abdominal muscle regeneration concrete beams, and Studied the damage mechanism and shear bearing capacity through the experiment phenomena and data analysis. The finite element software ANSYS to short beams numerical simulation of the test design. Using the regression equation to fit experimental data discussed with abdominal muscle ultimate shear capacity of recycled concrete short calculation formula, for later studies of recycled concrete beams test to provide the reference.The main work and results were as follows:(1) Of recycled concrete cube compressive strength, axial compressive strength, elastic modulus and poisson's ratio of material performance test, and obtained the stress strain curve of recycled concrete material, found by the column (the former pebble casting) of waste concrete, after crushing screening as coarse aggregate pouring into recycled concrete strength can meet the requirements of normal concrete norms, can be widely used for its provides the necessary premise.(2) Through quantitative analysis studies shear span ratio (0.7?1.5) and the stirrup ratio (0.32%?0.64%) of the two factors on the abdominal muscle ultimate shear capacity of recycled concrete short effect. As you can see through the data analysis short beam shear bearing capacity increased to 26%, when the shear span ratio decreased from 1.5 to 0.7.Stirrup rate increased from 0.32% to 0.64%, short beam shear bearing capacity increased to 14.28%. Comparing these two factors had a greater influence on the shear span ratio on the ultimate bearing capacity of the beams.(3 ) Using ANSYS finite element analysis software, by adopting the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research method, based on the tension and compression bar model and the current specification for design of concrete structures (GB50010-2010) by bending in two kinds of calculation methods to calculate the shearing resistance, Combined with the test data using least squares method to modify the above two calculation methods of coefficient.(4) Combined with the code for design of concrete structures of deep beam calculation and test results. Analysis and specification of the applicability of the recycled concrete short beam shear, recycled concrete beams is deduced formula to calculate the shearing resistance,provide the reference for the later research.
