The rapid development of railway container freight yard requires more and more intelligence,as the yard gate container center station and transport vehicle handover portal,the traffic efficiency and the security of the data accurately is very important.When a container truck passes through the container yard gate,it is necessary to identify,verify and record the transfer of container goods,containers,container trucks,and various handling operations.As a result of the large cost of manual processing,low efficiency,and prone to errors,increased the burden on the system,resulting in the cargo yard throughput can not be effectively improved.Therefore,the data collection and management of the traditional manual and semi-automatic systems can not meet the requirements of the current requirements.With the development of computer information technology,new technologies are emerging and applied to the container intelligent door.Many countries in the world have invested a lot of manpower and material resources to carry out the development and research of intelligent transportation system,especially in logistics and operation management.With the development of China's automated container yard and wharf,the application scope of container intelligent door will be further expanded.After the adoption of the vehicle positioning,the intelligent door system collect multiple pictures used to identify the container box number,check the box damage,determine the vehicle positioning,these control technology is critical to the entire system.Now the imaging equipment perspective can not directly shoot ultra-wide photos in the container vehicle positioning,image acquisition,box type and number recognition is always need optimization.In this paper,the system of intelligent door system at home and abroad is systematically studied.Based on the problems of image acquisition,box identification and box experience in container intelligent door system,the conception of panoramic image technology applied to intelligent gate system of railway freight yard is put forward.The following research and design have been for the implementation of the system:This paper studies the container panorama image acquisition method based on video stream splicing frame and designs the corresponding system.The key frames are extracted according to the texture feature vectors.SURF is used to extract feature matching points,and the RANSAC algorithm is improved to eliminate the false matches.The image is registered according to the perspective transformation matrix,and the weight function is used to fuse the images.The electrical design,video communication design and system communication design are carried out in the image acquisition system.Finally,the process of image acquisition is introduced.Study of OCR technology based on panoramic image,according to the panoramic picture and the container number characteristics of the panoramic image recognition OCR pretreatment;extraction of panoramic image number,rapid positioning and segmentation of morphological characters,character feature extraction,template matching;multi image recognition and verification on the same container,to further improve the identification rate of the box number.Based on the research of container image acquisition and recognition processing,this paper designs the system work flow and data relationship in the overall scheme of the intelligent gate system.Finally,the system operation results is displayed and the feasibility of the experiment is verified.
