| The main influencing factors of asphalt pavement damage are the repeated action oflarge load.Secondly,the temperature and water have a certain role in accelerating the destruction of asphalt pavement.Because there is a certain gap in asphalt pavement structure,water can penetrate them,produce high void water pressure in the vehicle loads,the asphalt aggregate adhesion material around the continuous erosion,the asphalt binder detached from the aggregate around,so as to appear loose,pothole damage etc...The base layer of asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base is bonded by the penetrating layer,which is not in a completely continuous mechanical state,but in the contacting statement between the continuous and completely smooth.Therefore,it is necessary to study the performance of asphalt pavement under the condition of load water coupling.In this paper,the performance of asphalt pavement under the condition of moisture-loading coupling and different contacting between layers is analyzed by means of mechanical analysis,finite element simulation and energy principle at room temperature(20℃).The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analysing the material model of asphalt pavement.The bituminous mixture is viscoelastic material in this paper,and the Burgers model is used.(2)The analysis of the pavement structure mechanical response of pavement structure under axial load alone in the vehicle using ABAQUS finite element software,which laid the foundation for the later analysis of impact response of water on the pavement structure mechanics;(3)Considering the case of water,the 3D model of asphalt pavement structure be established by using finite element software under the moisture-loading coupling,analysing the response of structural mechanics under the only vehicle dynamic load and moisture-loading coupling under different layers;(4)Calculating the change of asphalt pavement deformation energy according to the result of the structure mechanics response of the moisture-loading coupling under different interlayers contactment,so as to analyze the service performance of pavement.The results show that the mechanical response of asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base is more complicated under the condition of load water coupling.According to the Coulomb failure criterion of granular media,the relationship between the contact state of the interlayer and the pore water pressure of asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base is deduced.The influence of the water on the contacting statement of the base layer is verified,and the structure of the pavement is affected.The results show that the effect of water on the structural mechanical response of asphalt pavement is more significant.Under the samecondition,the distortion of water state can be obviously reduced compared with that without water.This indicates that moisture can reduce the mechanical properties of the pavement structure.Similarly,the contacting statement between the base layers has a significant effect on the structural mechanical response of the asphalt pavement.Under the same conditions,the different interlayer contacting statement have different effects on the pavement Mechanical response has a more obvious impact,which also further illustrates the strengthening of the bonding between the layers can effectively improve the strength of the pavement structure,thereby enhancing the service life of the road and improve the service level of the road. |
