Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the development of electronic technology,the all-electronic interlocking with the electronic units,which instead of the traditional safety relays as a control unit,is getting more and more attention.And the electronic units set control,supervisory and monitoring functions in one.Compared with computer interlock system which uses the traditional safety relay,all-electronic interlock has many advantages,such as easy maintenance,intelligent,low cost and high degree of standardization.As the interlocking product is a safety product,it involves the safety of driving,people’s lives and property.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive and complete testing of the al-electronic executive units.At present,the existing all-electronic executive units’ simulation test platform has mainly completed the test of the implementation of unit control functions and acquisition functions,but it still has the low degree of automation,and the lack of test result analysis.Furthermore,the test platform for the monitoring function of the test is not complete and comprehensive.In this context,this paper is based on the original platform to further optimization and improvement of the study design for industrial production of a complete integrated test platform,which achieves the complete test for all-electronic executive units control,supervisory and monitoring functions and security,in order to improve the efficiency of the test and the degree of automation.This paper is based on the executive unit monitoring function tests,that is,on the basis of the existing test platform,the outdoor signal equipment analog acquisition module is added to improve the integrity of the executive units on the all-electronic executive units test platform.(1)Firstly,the function,structure and type of the all-electronic computer interlocking system and the executive unit are analyzed and introduced in this paper,which leads to the necessity of the control function,the monitoring function and the safety test of the executive unit,and the demand of the electronic executive unit test.(2)Through analyzing the executive unit simulation test platform requirements,the use cases and methods of automatic testing of all-electronic executive units are researched and designed,and the all-electronic simulation test platform architecture which satisfies these demands are studied.In addition,the composition of the measured objects,simulation test system and supporting platform are analyzed and explained.(3)The paper mainly studies the test of the monitoring function of the executive units.Firstly,the selection of electronic instrument,and its use of Modbus RTU communication protocol and serial standard are also introduced.On this basis,the all-electronic monitoring units function and the analog part of the signal equipment are designed and implemented,which include the software design in the Visual C ++ environment and other content.And the implementation process of the monitoring function test of the signal module and the switch module are analyzed.Finally,the design scheme of the data subsystem of the simulation test platform is put forward.(4)Finally,The test interface of the all-electronic executive units monitoring function is designed and implemented in Visual C ++,and the paper simulates the switch’s monitoring function and analyze the result.
