Design And Development Of Automatic Test System For Automobie Electronic Control

In As automotive electronics industry’s rapid grow, the electronic system platform is widely used. But with higher integration and complication, traditional manual electronic system test seems low efficiency and reliability, also can not satisfy the requirement of company’s new production electronic system platform. In order to settle the issue, it is necessary to construct an automatic test system which can test and assess the electronic system platform and parts’ performance.Firstly in this thesis, investigating current situation of automobile electronic controller test system domestic and overseas, analyzing technical concept of test system. According to the performance of new production electronic equipments, proposing, analyzing and summarizing the requirements of test, and finally confirming the test system is constructed by network test and performance test.Secondly in this thesis, expounding the design and developing procedure of network test system’s software and hardware. Finish the design work of power supply module,oscilloscope module, network monitoring module and controller etc. Also finish the test system integration, test flow development and test solfware configuration. Finally, the development of instrument’s CAN physics network test has been accomplished and also makes the test report, it is reach the expectant effects.Thirdly in this thesis, expounding the design and developing procedure of performance test system’s software and hardware. Finish the design work of PXI real time simulation system, sign adjustment unit, failure inject unit, power management module etc. Also finish the test system integration, test flow development and test solfware configuration. Finally, finish the indication, information, alarm, setting four performance test by the test flow development and test solfware configuration, and reach the expectant effects.At last, this thesis summarize the results of network test and performance test to proof that the automatic automobile electronic control system can satisfy the requirement of new products’ electronic test.
