As the key equipment of railway signal,ZPW-2000 A track circuit system plays an important role in China's railway transportation system,its reliability and safety are not only the premise to ensure the safety and efficiency of railway transportation,also the necessary technical means to ensure the railway high speed,heavy load,high density and mixed transport of passenger and cargo traffic strategy implementation.Only the high reliability and high security of the signal equipment can guarantee the efficiency and safety of railway transportation.The scientific preventive maintenance management system is an important means to ensure the reliability and safety of equipment,at the same time,it can reduce the maintenance cost and maximize the life of the equipment.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the risk based maintenance method of track circuit.Based on the analysis of the structure and function of ZPW-2000 A track circuit and the historical fault information,the track circuit is analyzed by FMEA in this thesis.And the risk analysis of each fault mode of the track circuit is carried out by using the improved fuzzy gray relational degree method.Through the logic decision method and the fuzzy gray situation method,the failure mode of the track circuit is made.Through the establishment of time-varying reliability model and cost function model,the preventive maintenance cycle of the equipment is determined and the model is solved by MATLAB.The replacement cycle of the equipment is determined by the curve fitting of the calculation results.The main contents are as follows:(1)The ZPW-2000 A track circuit system is decomposed into subsystem by reliability logic block diagram.The failure modes,fault causes and failure effects of each subsystem are summarized and the FMEA analysis table is completed.(2)Based on the FMEA analysis of each system of ZPW-2000 A track circuit,the severity,the degree of occurrence and the detection degree of each failure mode are evaluated,and the fuzzy gray relation degree method is used to sort the risk level.And the risk level of each equipment is determined.(3)The failure mode is classified on the basis of the risk ranking,and the maintenance mode of each failure mode is determined by the logic decision method.At the same time,the fuzzy gray situation method is used to assist the maintenance decision,and the prevention of maintenance method each module is obtained.(4)Assuming that the equipment life is subject to the exponential distribution,the time-varying reliability model and the cost function model are used to make the decision of the preventive maintenance cycle,the model is solved by MATLAB and through the curve fitting of the calculation results to determine the replacement cycle of the equipment.
