The ZPW-2000 A jointless track circuit is one of the key components of the railway signal equipment.As the carrier of information transmission,the track circuit will not only affect the transport efficiency,but also cause major safety accidents.Therefore,the scientific and rational maintenance decision is an effective mean to ensure the normal work,and is the key step to realize zero-non-planned-shutdown.It is of great significance to grasp the healthy state of track circuit and make a rational maintenance strategy.The health status assessment and maintenance decision-making,the two key contents of ZPW-2000 A track circuit health management system,are deeply researched with the concept of Prognostics and Health Management(PHM)introduced.The transmitter and receiver are taken as a use-case to verify the system which realizes the effective management of track circuit equipment.Firstly,the basic components and functions of track circuit equipment are introduced,and the failure modes and reasons are analyzed based on reliability,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the health management for track circuit.Secondly,the health assessment model is established based on entropy method,Support Vector Domain Description,Mahalanobis-Distance and negative transfer function,which can transform the multi factors affecting the health status of the track circuit equipment into the health status indicators,namely Health Index(HI);The prediction model of ZPW-2000 A track circuit equipment life is established based on gray prediction according to the HI,which is used to forecast the future trend of the remaining life.Based on the maintenance mode analyzed with the potential fault,an optimization model is established for maintenance decision-making with the goal of minimizing the average maintenance cost per unit time and the variables of preventive maintenance interval and the remaining life threshold,which can reduce the system operation and maintenance cost while maximizing the service life after its feasibility and effectiveness verified.Finally,the design of ZPW-2000 A track circuit health management system function module is realized by Qt.This system can evaluate the real-time health of ZPW-2000 A track circuit effectively and predict the trend of health changes and remaining life reasonably.At the same time,the system provides supports for timely detection of ZPW-2000 A track circuit equipment failure,and provides a theoretical basis for the periodic maintenance and daily management of the equipment.
