The single intersection in the road network is the basic unit of the road,its operation directly affects the operational efficiency of public transport and urban road traffic smoothness.Therefore,how to improve the signal control strategy of public vehicle at the intersection,to reduce the waiting time of the bus at the intersection and to ensure the traffic efficiency of the intersection is not affected too much is of great significance.At present,the signal control of the bus at the intersection is mainly divided into timing and induction control.Since the induction control is to obtain the information of the vehicle in real time by arranging detector or some other strategies,the induction control can adapt to the dynamic and real-time characteristics of the traffic flow at the intersection.Firstly,through consulting references we know how the bus at the intersection is achieved optimal effect by induction control,including the implementation form of the bus priority,parameter settings,detector layout and so on,then we do the optimal adjustment to detector layout information collection methods pointedly.Secondly,by analyzing the relationship between the extension time of the green light and the distance of the vehicle,we give the optimization scheme of the terminal condition of the green light extension time in the bus priority phase,and establish the calculation method of the green light extension time based on the headway of the public priority phase.Thirdly,in the green light time compression at non-preferential phase,we can determine the key lane of the current phase and achieve real-time compression according to the arrival situation of each lane in the the current phase instead of the previous single fixed-value compression,thus ensuring the connotation of "bus priority".Finally,using VISSIM simulation software and VAP induction control module,combined with real-time control and induction control to conduct the simulation,using three indicators—— vehicle delay,queue length,the average number of parking,the the logical feasibility of proposed optimization program and control is verified.The results demonstrate that the optimization scheme proposed in this paper has obvious effect on realizing the bus priority,reducing the influence on the social vehicle and improving the running efficiency of the whole intersection at different levels of saturation.
