Along with the steady growth of the gross national product, continuously improve people’s living standard, lead to families of increasing car ownership, in the city area gradually reduce per capita road use, traffic congestion problems gradually appear, more and more city traffic congestion problem. As the problems gradually appear, many cities to start on the main city road vehicle control and optimization of the coordinated control of the main road. On the existing main road coordination control is not enough to satisfy the existing traffic complexity. The main problem is that public transportation in the urban road traffic occupies a certain position, complexity and its special traffic, make the simple vehicle control and coordinated control of the main road and does not produce larger optimization. Under the current traffic conditions, considering the particularity of public transport as well as its related features research is particularly important. On the basis of the formation of the coordinated development of public transport priority and arterial road coordination control mode gradually formed. Also consider quite good will help them adjust the current road conditions improve traffic capacity.Essay to solve the traffic in the conflict between public transport priority and arterial road coordination control, this article on the basis of the existing known various optimization methods summarized analysis, build the multilayer control mode, coordinate play their respective advantages, reduce part of conflict, multi-layer fusion in order to achieve the optimal control method. In its main road coordination control method based on maximum green wave band part, on this basis the optimal solution, adding additional modules, such as real-time traffic information detection in road traffic, green light and delay algorithm, the red light early analysis module and so on existing efficient optimization control methods. For bus priority level vehicle optimization way, because of its special nature, make it has enormous influence on the main road coordination control scheme, in the process of optimization of main forming optimization way, reduce the efficiency of optimization, make the optimization effect is not obvious. So in this paper, combining with the characteristics of both, the optimal solution, it can be divided into different weights to solve part, make it no longer influence each other, can play to their respective advantages, improve the road traffic congestion, improve the traffic capacity. On this basis, intersection traffic patterns don’t can be divided into three types, each of these forms to participate in after improving the traffic capacity, the system will automatically judge the traffic behavior will occur, and classified, for the allocation of more appropriate traffic coordination control.Basis on the formation of the control method to control xinmin related traffic organization along the street, at the same time to test simulation platform, to observe the effect., according to the data before the optimization of vehicle delay is very frequent, xinmin street is very obvious, the influence of bus traffic in real-time control, vehicle traffic efficiency improved significantly, the imported vehicle delays at the minimum, bus delay effect for the entire section, the traffic capacity are well improved.Above all, the thesis research, finally in this paper, the research work on the concrete analysis and thinking, and further optimize the space, and made a reasonable design for future work, improve the deficiency in this article.
