In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese economy,the acceleration of urbanization,the increasing population,the utilization of underground space in urban construction is increasing.Nowadays,the underground super-projects have sprung up,when people enjoy the underground space which brings comfort and convenience,due to deep excavation cutting off water program selection caused by improper pipeline rupture,quicksand,Chung and other issues caused by curtain water,these problems bring great security risks and loss of life and property.So the choice of deep excavation cutting off water program has aroused more and more people’s attention.As the main responsibility of the project in the cutting off water program options are based on their own interests as the center,not the various factors to consider,resulting in unscientific uneconomic and not environmental selection.Therefore,in order to reduce the risk of deep excavation cutting off water program,it is very important to increase the safety and reliability,economic rationality and choose the optimal construction scheme of deep excavation.Firstly,we analyze the characteristics and application conditions of several kinds of common deep excavation cutting off water construction technology.Then we analyze the value engineering characteristics of the selection of the cutting off water in deep excavation construction,and put forward the value engineering principle of deep excavation based on the analysis of the function and economy of the cutting off water scheme.The optimal model of the deep excavation cutting off water scheme based on the value engineering is established,and the cutting off water project of the deep excavation of ShanXian Central Hospital in Shandong Province is taken as the empirical.The object of the study is optimized,and the feasible validity of the model in practical application is proved.The main research results are:(1)Value engineering applied to the deep excavation cutting off water program is feasible.Deep excavation cutting off water scheme optimization activities and value engineering are designed to meet the needs of the functional premise,by achieving the minimum cost of life cycle,so as to seek value maximization as the goal.It reflects the consistency of the water cut scheme with the goal of value engineering.It is practicable to prove that the principle of value engineering is applied to the deep excavation.(2)The establishment of a deep excavation cutting off water function system diagram.Based on the analysis of the construction characteristics of the deep excavation,the experience and expert opinions,the system diagram of the deep excavation cut off function is established.The system diagram is divided into four primary evaluation indicators," Waterproof effect "," Construction quality controllability "," Construction feasibility " and " The protection of the surrounding environment ",including the Subdivision of the four first-level evaluation indicators.And fourteen Secondary function evaluation index are established,"Stratigraphic conditional adaptability " and " Coordination with the support system " included.(3)Optimize the optimal construction program through the empirical study.Taking a deep excavation project as an example,the optimization model of the value engineering of the deep excavation cut off is established,and the functional factors and the cost of the project cost are obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process combined with the expert scoring method.Based on the selection of the optimal construction scheme,through the evaluation of the implementation of the optimal construction plan,the results show that: the preferred construction program in advance of the construction period of 5 days,cost savings of 75364 yuan,the quality of security is better guaranteed.
