With the rapid development of China’s infrastructure construction and real estate industry, project brought a pile engineering applications. It has an important meaning on how to ensure the quality of the pile foundation works on the basis of achieved to reach consolidated optimal in terms of economy, safety, applicability, and create value for owners and social. Therefore, a reasonable design of pile foundation is very important.This paper, through the analysis of pile foundation engineering economic, safety, applicability, duration, environmental impact, construction and other factors, as the selection and evaluation index, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, calculates the weight of each evaluation index relation to the target and the weight of each programs relation to the evaluation index, conducts pile foundation design scheme selection.Through the project example of an indemnificatory apartment, this paper illustrates the actual application process of the optimization model of pile foundation design based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in detail, and verifies the rationality and practicability of the model, research shows that this paper has practical value.
