Medium bus transmission as one of the key parts of medium bus power system,in the process of vehicle running speed and torque play and other functions,to achieve medium bus starting,acceleration and deceleration and reversing driving requirements,and medium-sized passenger car economy,power and work life and work performance is directly related to.Developmentof new transmission need for a certain load of cycles loading fatigue test,to verify the reliability of the internal gears,shafts,bearings,housing and other components and the overall system,hydraulic loading transmission fatigue life test system is an important test equipment.In the fatigue life test,torque loads commonly used to adjust the hydraulic loader pressure control,but the temperature,the mechanical structure state and other factors can cause fluctuations in torque,so the hydraulic loader pressure need in real-time adjustment,ensure that the test stability of torque.Due to the simple structure,low energy consumption and low cost,the mechanical enclosed transmission fatigue life test-bench is widely used.With the rising of labor cost,the system of fatigue life test is put forward.In this paper,By referring to domestic and foreign research results of dynamic test system,the existing mechanical sealing type transmission fatigue life test bench based on detailed hardware design of test platform of mechanical system,electrical system,variable frequency hydraulic loading system etc,By studying the test torque PID control and automated process control method,we developed anautomatic start or stop,speed and torque adaptive control,test process automation,test data required storage automatic,and have high degree of automation control system.Finally,the fatigue life test of the 6S100 type medium bus transmission is carried out with the fatigue life test system of the medium bus transmission,Test results indicate that the test and control system allows the hydraulic loading type transmission fatigue life test system has a high level of automation and precision test and control,has broad application prospects.At present,the test stand has been accepted by the enterprise and running in good condition...
