The Study On Apartment For The Aged Design Based On Reforming Of Existing Buildings

With the rapid economic growth of our country,the improvement of people’s living standards and the aging of the rising trend.The population problems gradually highlighted.However,the number of existing facilities for the elderly in China cannot satisfy the demand of the growing pension market.At the same time,due to the adjustment of the national economic structure,some of the old buildings in the city,the old office building are confronted with idle,and need a reasonable and effective way to use resources.Under the influence of these two factors,Appeared on the market a growing number of existing buildings into facilities for the elderly,through functional substitution so as to achieve win-win results.In the past few years,academic research has more or less related to the old-age facilities.The scholars of the past are concerned with the concept of new facilities for the elderly,about the characteristics of facilities,the composition of space,the operation and management.The concept and method of the discussion have some reference value,but the investigated for the transformation is about different types of pension facilities did not make a more deep classification of research and elaboration.On the basis of the current situation about the old-age reconstruction facilities in China,In this paper,Firstly,describes the research status of the subject at domestic and abroad through practical investigation and theoretical analysis,clarifies the scope of the research and the definition of the concept The purpose and significance of the research are expounded,and the research methods and research framework of the paper are introduced.Then,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the demand of the internal use of the old-age facilities,and compares the existing situation and existing problems of the existing reforming old-age pension facilities,and puts forward some suggestions for the reform.And then through a large number of collections and select at domestic and abroad about different types of building transformation for the old-age facilities case,a detailed analysis of its different types of transformation mode,transformation points and transformation evaluation,different construction types in the process of reconstruction of the problem solution.Finally,on the basis of the case analysis,the paper puts forward the relevant design principles,strategies,technical points and the most important architectural adaptability requirements for the existing buildings.The innovation of this paper is to put forward the future,about how to use the existing buildings before transformation for old-age facilities,and how to choose the suitable existing building.Hope for further research and design practice providing a useful inspiration and guidance.
