Since more and more countries choose AP1000 plant when building new nuclear plants,it's quite necessary to make dynamic reliability analysis of AP1000. Since the safety injection system is a key system in AP1000 plant, choose it to make dynamic reliability analysis in this paper. In this paper, use GO-FLOW methodology when analyzing the AP1000 safety injection system. And we also propose the success criteria and the GO-FLOW model for the system when the small-break loss-of-coolant accident happens. This paper is consisted of the following parts:(1)Analyze the AP1000 safety injection system and found out how it works under the condition of the small-break loss-of-coolant accident. Discusse about its mission in different phases.(2)Make analysis of AP1000 systems in related parameters. Take advantage of the results to help decide the success criteria.(3)Build the GO-FLOW model of the AP1000 safety injection system. Then went on to the dynamic reliability analysis, and found out whether there was something that needed to be done better and why or how to do it.According to the anylysis, since the system of Core Make-up Tank and Automatic Depression System have great importance on the other systems, they are more reliable in AP1000 for the redundancy of the equipments. The Accumulator system is less reliable for less redundancy of the equipments. Although the In-Containment Refueling Water Storage Tank system has much redundancy, it's less reliable for lower reliability of the facilities. The results of GO-FLOW anylysis make good match with the designing requirements, so it's suitable for the anylysis of AP1000. This paper applies the GO-FLOW model which can make dynamic reliability analysis of the AP1000 safety injection system and will be a useful approach for the future GO-FLOW analysis of the other systems in AP1000.
