Segmental hoisting is an important part of the ship construction, the length of hoisting working hours has an important influence to the entire ship construction cycle. However, the current ship hull section hoisting is mainly done by artificial according to them own experience, inefficient and error-prone, more difficult to accumulate and heritage in process knowledge and also can't keep up with the current needs of the rapid development of ship enterprise.Process management system technology is an approach to solve the problems above. The application of process management system technology helps to ship hull section hoisting process data and process information model, design of hoisting process management system,manage of hull hoisting process, and to accumulate and heritage in enterprise process knowledge, and to provide so strong theoretical basis for the development of enterprise digital and information.This paper takes a ship hull section hoisting process as the study object,makes a research on the hoisting process and constructs a corresponding structured and process technology documents, the main contents are as follows:(1) First in combination with the practical research of enterprise, make a research of ship hull hoisting process, based on the flow of analyzing thinking, makes a streamline analysis of the whole process of hoisting, formed a lot of package module about the scheme planning of section hoisting, design of production, monitoring of process hoisting, the preparation of subsection section hoisting process and so on;(2) Then using the ARIS with advanced process modeling theory and tools, makes a model of the hull section hoisting process, and has formed a model with organizational, data,functions, processes, products/services;(3) Finally, using the idea of relational database design, based on the model of flow hoisting process, designed the corresponding data table, to create conditions for the further development of ship enterprise digitization and informatization.
