The Practice Of Interior Color Design In Children’s Hospitals Based On Child Patients’ Psychology

As a special group,sick children’s psychology is very different with the normal children and adults.Children’s hospital is a major medical institutions for sick children,and play an important role in the process of the sick children rehabilitation.The colour of the children’s hospital environment on children’s psychological produce the important role which cannot be ignored,because it affects the speed and effect of the sick children rehabilitation in a larger extent.Therefore,researches of colour of children’s hospital has begun to get attention based on the children’s psychology and other subjects crossover.This article discusses the related problems about interior colour design of children’s hospital.Firstly,it expounds on the domestic and foreign researches and application status of indoor colour design of children’s hospital;Secondly,the development of children’s colour perception and the physical and mental colour effects on children expounded according to the principles of colour with associationism psychology theory,especially the key questions about children hospitalized psychological characteristics;Thirdly,it sums up the design thinking of children’s hospital interior colours based on the children pyschology,and has carried on the design practice of research,focus on abstract,change and restruction of the colour elements and image elements of plants and animals in two cases of Hangzhou Xiasha community medical institutes and two buildings of Hangzhou Children’s Hospital,and expounds in detail the specific design practice process of the project;At last,the authors make an evaluation of the effect of specific design project through questionnaire and interview which shows that the application of the theory of child psychology related to children’s hospital of indoor colour design is accord with the actual needs of children,also joint the public’s aesthetic psychology,and it has realistic feasibility.Therefore,this research can provide valuable reference for the humanized design and construction practice of children’s hospital interior space colour in the future.
