Research On The Adaptability Of Children's Medical Space Based On Children's Psychology

In 1992,the Chinese Government promulgated the first part?the Outline of the Program for Chinese Children's Development in the 1990s?by teacher-oriented,national undertakings plan to contribute to children development,children's healthy growth became the focus emphasized by the whole society,and their survival,protection and development have achieved historic movement.But there are still many parts needed to be improved urgently,such as,for children fell ill with doctor,current condition of Children's Hospital environment is not proper.Quite a number of Children's Hospital pays attention only to solve its basic function,organize streamlines and others architectural problems because its complex architectural functions,rather than considering children as a special crowd,thus it makes no big difference between Children's Hospital and general hospital;there are some Children's Hospital has considered some children factors but just makes decoration changes on superficial form such as creating an atmosphere of amusement part,like sea world,Cartoon land and so on.It still needs to weigh these superficial explorations whether they are really accordance with child patients mentality,whether they are good for recovery of child patients;and there are some Children's Hospital which is blindly pursuit of architecture's modern sense,unfeeling sense,but think less about environment and afforest parts which benefit people's health can't achieve because of urban land shortage;even some hospitals transformed courtyard space into parking lot to solve transportation issue,no green at all making all hospital outpatient clinics become cold,cluttered,and lifeless.All in all,our national Children's Hospital's environment doesn't benefit child patients' recovery and medical staffs' contently working.On the basis of collecting resource,investigation,reading documents,this passage applies field knowledge of architecture major learned and theories of children psychology and so on,taking outpatient building project Xingtai Maternal and Child Care Service Centre as an example to discuss some measures and thoughts about the humanization of children medical building.By analyzing its function constitution,restraining factor and issues existing in previous spatial environment and systematically researching in behaviors and psychologies of hospital's users in the process of utilizing hospital,it seeks rational spacial arrangement and organization method,rationally applies the technique of architecture designation and creates spacial environment suiting children's behavior and psychological features so as to make children's medical building meet current functional demand as well as better adapt to development and change of children's medical environment demanded by future society,making China's children's medical environment become a children's medical spacial mode with healthy,harmonious,ecological,and sustainable development.This passage is divided into five chapters,four parts:the first part is to take a research on children's medical space's background,content,significance,and method;the second part is to take a research on children's psychology;the third part is to apply the theory of children's psychology to deepen the Research of children's medical spacial designation;the last part is to expect future children's medical space and I wish that the theory and viewpoints of my research can have certain realistic significance.
