With the development of city urbanization,the social and economic resources has increasingly gathering,the commercial office buildings of the city’s central business district appears the characteristics of large-scale and cluster.The group of the urban white-collar has encountered problems such as the low efficiency of the elevator,the fuzzy messages from the elevator and the lack of the man-machine interactive system while using the commercial office building elevators.This paper combines with ten years working experience of the elevator design,starts from the perspective of "man-machine-environment",and focuses on the core elements of "user-elevator-office space9",through a large number of users,customer serveries.It will analyze the potential market demand in the way of focus group and in-depth interviews.According to the development trend of mobile internet,it believes the elevator and its elevator access system are required to design from the extensive,formatting,solid state considerations to fine differentiation,personalized,dynamic design innovation.In addition,this paper will focus on the efficiency of elevator message transmission under the sight of users,the friendly relationship between users and the man-machine interactive system,mobile internet and the intelligent system of ordering the elevator,in order to construct a commercial office elevator service system with an organic combination of call ladder and ladder.
