In recent years, the coreless motor has been widely used in various kinds of automation products,which with it superior performance.The core technology in the production of hollow cup motor is the production technology of coreless coil,which including coiling and precision two steps, the corresponding general need two types of equipmen which include coiling machine and precision machine. The coreless coil precision machine introduced in this paper is a kind of electromechanical integration equipment which in the design background of the actual industrial production and can complete the hollow cup coil precision process automatically; Study the precision machine has practical significance to improve the production efficiency and quality of domestic coreless motor coil.This paper first introduces the different production methods of coreless motor coil and their advantages and disadvantages, to determine the processing target of precision machine;Then introduces the different precision principle of precision machine and its advantages and disadvantages, determine the working principle of the precision machine; According to the mentioned above to determine the design requirements of precision machine, module partition the mechanical structure of precision machine ; Design and build the logic control system model of control system, then carries on the module partition.Analyzed the main shaft module of precise machine spindle structure and select the motor of which; Followed by analyze the strength and stiffness of extrusion module to make use of the finite element ;and then analyze and the selection of standard parts used; Finally,introduce the design process of the extrusion module and coil in force in the process of precision in detail; After the structure design of the heating module and clamping module ,design the assembly 3 d figure of the precision machine, finally,through the analysis of the kinematics simulation to analyze the motion law of the precision machine main body,through the extrusion module dynamics simulation to check the selected motor whether meet the requirements.Design the move electric system and electric control system of the precise machine,and select related components , In addition, an introduction to the calibration and the limit method of precise machine; Then design the principle of pneumatic system and select the components; Finally, introduce the programming process of the man-machine interface and motion controller in precision machine.Assembly of precision machine prototype and carries on the debugging and optimization; Then testing the precision machine and compared with the traditional precision machine, according to the comparison of the numerical results show the reasonable parts of the precision machine designed in this paper and its practicability.
