Since ancient times,many scholars,researchers and engineers have been exploring the conversion of rotating motion into linear motion.Linear motor can convert electric energy directly into the mechanical energy of linear motion.The coil of linear motor is divided into two categories: iron core linear motor and iron coreless linear motor.The iron coreless permanent magnet synchronous linear motor has the advantages of simple structure,good dynamic performance,high positioning accuracy,strong controllability and so on.It can be used in machine tools or worktables to achieve accurate linear motion in a certain direction.At the same time,the iron coreless permanent magnet linear motor belongs to servo motor,and the control technology of servo motor is mature,so linear motor in the appropriate control mode,can achieve sine wave,triangle wave and other waveform movement.Fatigue loading test is widely used in automobile,high-speed train and construction industry.It can be used to test metal and non-metallic materials in order to test their fatigue life.Iron coreless permanent magnet linear motor has many advantages,but its output force is deficient.Therefore,it is envisaged that the iron coreless permanent magnet linear motor should be used as the power source to realize its high frequency and large load output at resonance.It is applied to the testing machine to realize the fatigue loading of the workpiece.In this way,the permanent magnet linear motor without iron core can be driven and added dynamically Loading under servo control.In this paper,the linear motor technology and the test technology are combined,taking the iron coreless permanent magnet linear motor as the research object,and building the special structure.The mechanical properties of iron coreless permanent magnet linear motor under static driving and sinusoidal alternating loading are studied.The following aspects are discussed around the linear motor technology and test technology:1?A dynamic loading test device with iron coreless permanent magnet linear motor as power output is designed and fabricated,which comprises a power output part,an elastic element part,a supporting guide part,a force and a displacement detecting part and a base.The modal analysis of the device is carried out by using the finite element software Workbench,and the natural frequency of the system is obtained,and the amplification factor of the output force of the iron coreless linear motor under the resonance condition is explored based on the frequency.2?Creative implementation of asymmetrical fatigue loading,the iron coreless permanent magnet linear motor base is composed of a support plate,pull rod,beam and expansion sleeve,iron coreless permanent magnet linear motor,elastic components and force measuring device distributed in the left and right two beams,The beam and the tension rod are connected by expanding sleeve,the distance between the two sides of the beam can be adjusted,and there are different types of elastic elements on both sides of the coil connector,and the pre-loading can be adjusted manually by adjusting the rotation length of nuts and bolts in one side of the elastic element.The load can be positive or negative,large or small,so that the load with prestressing can be realized,that is,asymmetrical loading.3?Taking DSP control system and driver as the main control components,the control of iron coreless linear motor under inertia load and other loads is realized,and the control interface is designed by programming.Under the joint control of driver and DSP control system,the motion performance and the relationship between output force and frequency and other factors of iron coreless linear motor are obtained through the experiments of the iron coreless linear motor under the control of the driver and the control system of the iron coreless.4?In order to study the effect of the stiffness of the system on the resonance experiment,the mechanical properties of the linear motor during vibration are studied by selecting the force measuring rings and cylindrical steel parts with different measuring ranges.At the same time,static loading of linear motor,symmetrical and asymmetric loading and high inertia load frequency vibration experiments are carried out to explore the diversity of linear motor applications.5 ? The static and dynamic performance of the motor is analyzed,and the experimental verification is carried out.and finally,two kinds of force measuring rings with different measuring ranges are selected according to the theoretical calculation,the two sides of the linear motor coil connecting piece are arranged,the frequency of the whole machine is improved,the resonance experiment is carried out based on the frequency of the analysis,and the maximum output force of the linear motor at the resonance is obtained,And the designed and manufactured iron coreless linear motor resonance vibration exciter is calibrated.Through theoretical calculation and experimental verification,the iron coreless linear motor discussed in this paper can be used for fatigue test of metallic and non-metallic materials on fatigue testing machine.
