With the rapid development of national power industry, the output of condensing steam turbine for power generation has increased dramatically, turbine control technology advances.However, many problems still exist for its commissioning in debug experiments on real turbine, such as waste of resources and other issues. So it is significant to design condensing steam turbine simulator equipment which can replace the real turbine as a controlled object in experiments. Therefore, on the basis of the development of modern electronic technology and the actual demand for the project, this paper designed the condensing steam turbine simulator system.First, based on the basic structure and the system works of condensing steam turbine,through the working principle analysis of implementing agencies and condensing steam turbine, the paper use the mechanism modeling approach, established dynamic mathematical models of slide valve oil motive and condensing steam turbine, and designed the calculation algorithm solution of the main regulating valve opening and turbine speed output.Secondly, PC 104 motherboard of Shengbo as hardware platform, which software development environment is VxWorks6.8 on which to run man-machine interface with Qt as its development tool, the HMI as the master controller of simulator system, complete algorithm solver tasks and parameter configuration or status display required at simulator runtime by the underlying program. In addition, it designs the signal acquisition card,connected to the motherboard via PC 104 bus, as the simulator control signal input and operating state signal output channels to communicate with the turbine controller, using FPGA completes its sequential logic circuit design.Finally, based on the hardware circuit, this paper completed the simulator software design, and through functions debugging of the main steam regulating valve position control signal acquisition, turbine speed output, and the valve flow or pressure sensor output and other circuits and system joint debugging, verified the condensing steam turbine simulator system designed to achieve the desired effect, and have higher overall performance.
