This thesis proof feasibility applied in the steam turbine regulate system based on embedded operating system and CAN Bus Technologies. The system the master control applys embedded operating system and DSP embedded the processor technology.Analysised detailly and designed to the laboratory principle prototype about the hardware and software system.The entire system adapts the modular structure, used the host controller, on the position machine and the CAN bus redundant technology, which makes system stable and reliable. The monolithic integrated circuit node carries on the simulation operation and the control for the governing system rotational speed, the power and so on.This system used TI Corporation the newest promoted 32 fixed point TMS320F2812 as the master controlling chip. The speed is quicker, and compatible performance is better. Moreover, because the power circuit reliability and stable is not good, which TMS320F2812 provided by TI Corporation, So this these has carried on the design to its power circuit, after the experiment, the reliability and the stability had proved a large enhancement.PID controller that the steam turbine regulates carried on the fuzzy auto-adapted PID algorithm, used the optimum control rule with the PSO algorithm, the simulation result indicated it has achieved the very good control effect.
