Combined with the problems of indoor air pollution,referenced to traditional fresh air system,based on the Internet of things technology,in order to realize remote monitoring and data sharing on Internet,this paper proposes one kind of free air system with intelligent control and the function of access to network based on Android system combined with fuzzy control technology,sensor detecting technology,and WiFi technology,etc.The fresh air system realizes intelligent control based on fuzzy control,and accesses to network with WIFI.The system sends data to Yeelink server,and realizes romote control with Android mobile phone according to data checked from the server.Compared with the classical control theory,fuzzy control is especially suitable for nonlinear system,and it doesn't depend on mathematical medel and has good robustness.The paper mainly introduced how to design fuzzy controller.First,we can get err and the err rate according to input,the data detected by PM2.5 sensor and VOC sensor,compared with standard values.Then,we can get with the membership values of err and the err rate according to triangular membership function.And the last,we can get fuzzy output set through fuzzy decision according to the rule established by experence,and get the finally fuzzy output according to maximum membership method,and translate fuzzy output to accurate values.Besides,the software design is another emphasis,which includes MCU program and remote monitoring and control app based on Android system.MCU part including fuzzy controller program,WIFI communication module,data upload and timing query module.App including the query module and the remote control module and other auxiliary function.Finally,doing some experiments according building a fresh air system by using Yeelink server as the platform.The experimental results show that fuzzy control has faster response,high precision,and good stability.System can upload data to the server,mobile terminal to remote real-time monitor and control.Verified the feasibility of fuzzy control applied to intelligent indoor fresh air system,and access to the Internet of things is the trend of the development of fresh air system.
