At the beginning of the new century,the human being is stepping into the area of knowledge economy which is symbolized by the information technology.The information technology,which has the broad penetrability and incomparable advance,is coming with the traditional industry.The building industry is now enhancing its production efficiency by virtue of the development of information technology.Take advantage of the merits of the information technology to realize the great-leap-forward development has become the primary task of the building industry.Whereas the building information model(BIM)technology and the building lifecycle management(BLM)based on it has become the effective means for the building industry to enhance its production efficiency.In recent years,due to the pipeline of the building water supply and drainage system are more and more variable,the changing factors of the pipeline engineering are more and more variable,and the performance of the conventional 2D graphic actually designing work is not very ideal,Especially the more helpless in the pipeline collisions and cross-cutting issues.Therefore,the use of three-dimensional simulation of building information modeling software to build pipeline project become a new bright spot in pipeline engineering design work,the building information modeling technology has the advantages of three-dimensional,virtual simulation,parameter modeling and information transfer and sharing,especially adapted to address the needs of multi-angle observation,parametric management,resource sharing of engineering problems.This subject departure from building information modeling technology,application of the Autodesk Revit MEP 2014 software to create the three-dimensional modeling of the inside building water supply and drainage system,to solve the problem of the pipe cross-collision and have important guiding significance.The main contents are summarized as follows:(1)This subject do a research on the concept of’ BIM,the thoughts forming of BLM,the product characteristics of BIM and the specific application of BIM,to lay a theoretical basis for its application in the building water supply and drainage engineering design.(2)This subject do a applied research on the Revit MEP software which is based on the theory of BIM technology and developed by Autodesk,to accumulated some experience for the local application of the software in China.(3)This subject has the three-dimensional design of a building water supply and drainage system as examples of specific research,the Revit MEP software was applicated in the water supply and drainage designing work,to build the 3D simulation building information modeling of the building water supply and drainage pipeline system,on the basis of building information modeling to do the pipeline collision checking work and the dosage of tubing statistical work.The main research results are as follows:(1)With the example of a villa which is a construction project instance for model-based,the comprehensive design information,such as the location information,the pipeline elevation,the pipeline material and the dosage of tubing,will be expressed by the form of three-dimensional parameters,and applied to the construction of 3D building information modeling.(2)By using 3D simulation software-Autodesk Revit MEP 2014 to build a building information modeling of building water supply and drainage pipe system,conducted the checking work of the problem of the pipe cross-collision in the comprehensive design of the pipeline,so as to make up the deficiencies and defects in pipeline comprehensive of the 2D plane design.(3)The construction of 3D building information modeling provides a convenient for all participants of the construction project to understand the building project from different perspectives,and the 3D simulation software-Autodesk Revit MEP 2014 enables the dosage of tubing statistical work in the design process can be achieved,so as to realize the coordination and integration of the design work with the budget work. |
