At first people build houses to resist the natural climate,to improve the living conditions of human beings.With the progress of civilization and the development of technology,construction industry development is more and more mature.We can create good indoor environment from two aspects of implementation.One is the design,another is the auxiliary equipment.From urban planning to group layout,from flat facade to detail the design of the components,reduce the heat loss.The less Architecture design is,the higher energy consumption of the auxiliary equipment is.That is to say,architectural design directly influences the quality of building energy consumption.Low comfort and low energy consumption,high comfort and high energy consumption cycle,not by the late HVAC designers can fundamentally solve.It's impossible to create a healthy and comfortable working environment.In this paper,the students in the cold regions of the apartment as the research carrier.Through software simulation for the total energy consumption and uncomfortable time throughout the year,calculate the related influencing factors and the relationship between the low energy consumption and thermal comfort.Summed up a set of effective building design strategy according to simulation result for the purpose of thermal comfort,low energy consumption.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part of the article mainly analyzes the research progress of the thermal comfort and lower energy consumption under the background in the current architecture field,and mainly analyzes the scope of this paper involves the research object.The second part focuses on the basic theory of thermal comfort,analysis of thermal comfort,low energy and architectural design of the relationship.The third part of the article is questionnaires for data statistics,field measurements and statistical measurement results.Putting the relevant design factors into the questionnaire,and using SPSS to verify the rationality of the questionnaire.The fourth part mainly studies the thermal comfort environment space design,including how to carry out planning,layout,toward design.The fifth part is to establish the physical model,using Builder Design to simulate the shape of the body design,such as the height,body mass,shape coefficient and other parameters,and make the standard quantitative.The sixth part mainly studies the design of the retaining structure,as well as the outer window,the roof and the sun shading design and so on.According to the results of the research,in the design stage of the college students' apartment scheme,improve the indoor thermal comfort environment,and reduce the energy consumption.And can be applied to other buildings,so that architects in the early stages of architectural design can consider and draw on the design concept of thermal comfort and low energy consumption,to promote the development of building technology.
