Analysis Of University Student Apartment Design

Nowadays, rapid economic development is in pursuit, but the entire ecosystem has been overwhelmed since the increasingly problems such as energy depletion, environmental degradation, greenhouse effect and other issues. As for our country, although the natural resources is rich, but due to the large population base, per capita consumption of resources is still very low. On the current situation, it is imperative to take active and effective measures to reduce the waste of natural resources and energy consumption, based on the goal of improving the ecological environment. At present, the building energy consumption has occupied a great proportion in the national total energy consumption, the concept of green building emerges under the background of the urgent need of architect to find methods to reduce the consumption of natural energy and the influence on environment of buildings. In recent years, China’s education level has increased steadily, the number of college enrollment increased year by year, brought the problem of college living area expansion and the construction of student apartment. Student apartment is the main place for study and daily life of college students, but in the aspect of resource and energy consumption,it is also one of the tallest type of campus buildings. Therefore, the concept and technology of green building is applied to the design of university student apartment, not only can create a comfortable living space for the students, truly live up to people-oriented, but also achieve the aim of saving land, resources, energy, materials, implementation of the university student apartment and symbiotic environment.Accommodation of climate and application of appropriate technology are the main idea of this paper, explore a method of green university student apartment. The frame of this paper is to the analysis of the problem, find the problem, and finally solve the problems. First of all, analysis the current needs of students, the indoor and outdoor environment of university student apartment, energy consumption and other aspects of dormitory problem through the investigation of university student apartment, put forward the main points of green university student apartment. Then, according to the problems found in the research, explore suitable technology for the green university student apartment. Finally, apply the technology to the practice in design, and simulate and optimize the technology with the help of simulation software to verify the feasibility of the technology. This paper aims to summarize the design ideas and technical measures of green university student apartment design, and promote the awareness of building energy saving and environmental protection in our country.
