| Population aging is deepening,senior college as an emerging education method,is a strategy to face the development of population aging.The university can meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly,give them a place to learn and enjoy themselves,and provide them with a place to realize their self-worth,so its development has been greatly promoted and paid attention to by society.Older people are affected by physiological and psychological factors and have special needs for an indoor thermal environment,and the existing thermal comfort standards are not specifically for older people.Taking Jinan city as an example,this paper first analyzes the site distribution and building function characteristics of urban-level senior colleges in the Jinan area through field research.This paper selects Jinan University for the Elderly,which has good basic conditions,as the research object,conducts actual measurements and subjective questionnaire surveys on the indoor thermal environment of the university in the transition season and winter,and obtains the following conclusions by analyzing the indoor thermal environment conditions of the university and the thermal comfort characteristics of the elderly,The thermal environment in the classroom during the transition season is basically in the comfortable range:the air temperature in the south-facing classroom is higher than the air temperature in the north-facing classroom,the temperature in the upper classroom is higher than the temperature in the lower classroom,the indoor air temperature will be affected by the heat dissipation equipment,the temperature in the public space is lower and less stable during the test period,and the indoor humidity is moderate;the temperature in the classroom in winter meets the design heating temperature,and in the case of meeting the thermal comfort of the elderly,the temperature is some of the time The indoor air humidity is dry,and the indoor wind speed is low during the test period of two seasons.By establishing the thermal sensory model of the elderly in Jinan area in different seasons:the thermal neutral temperature of the elderly in the transition season is 21.1°C,and the thermal neutral temperature of the elderly in winter is 20.6°C;the acceptable temperature range of 80% in the transition season is 19.98-25.86°C;the acceptable temperature range of 90% is 20.89-24.95°C;the acceptable temperature range of 80% in winter is 19.39-25.06°C;and the 90% acceptable temperature range is 20.47-23.99°C;the thermal expectation temperature of the elderly in the transition season is 22.43°C and 24.27°C in winter,both of which are higher than the thermal neutral temperature.APMV can better predict the actual thermal sensation of the elderly in the absence of artificial cold and heat sources in the transition season.The paper finally combines the actual measurement results with the thermal comfort characteristics of the elderly: for the problem of low temperature and poor indoor stability in public space during the transition season,a simulation analysis is conducted using Design Builder,and measures such as changing the type of glass curtain wall,door,and window materials are proposed to improve the indoor thermal environment of public space and enhance the proportion of indoor thermal comfort time;for the problem of indoor thermal environment in winter,from improving indoor air humidity For the indoor thermal environment in winter,the optimization strategy is proposed from the perspective of improving indoor air humidity and reducing indoor temperature,and the strategy of combining building and photovoltaic is proposed from the perspective of high indoor temperature and high energy consumption caused by the elderly preferring a warm environment,which can achieve the goal of reducing building energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions through the use of solar energy by the building itself.We hope to provide support for the future construction of senior citizen universities and related content and theoretical research. |
