With the growing shortage of energy and environmental degradation,environmental problems are attracting more and more public views.There are two ways to solve the energy shortage problem: first,the development of new energy sources,and the two is to improve energy utilization.In recent years,energy consumption too fast,relative to energy expenditure is more important,the waste heat recovery become one of the most important technologies to solve the energy shortage.This topic in the 13 th Five-Year national "auxiliary service area of low grade waste heat cascade system and efficient use of technology research" research project,on the waste heat bath as the research object,put forward a new college wastewater / gas heat pump design.As an important part of the campus building,the University bathtub has a large amount of waste water,dense people and high energy consumption.In order to study the Northeast University of bath,from the general situation,system form,operation,evaluation,the other five aspects of field research,and the bath water temperature field of water bath,the municipal water supply for the general temperature of 15 degrees Celsius,the bath water temperature stable at 40 degrees Celsius,water temperature is maintained at 32 hot water heating heat is only a small part is used,the remaining amount of heat is dissipated to the outside.Based on the analysis of the exhaust gas emission and the discharge position of the bath,the "Z" type double folding evaporator is put forward by combining the three technical means of strengthening the heat transfer.By using the method of numerical simulation,simulation analysis for gas evaporator fin angle and fin spacing of two parameters by simulating the Nusselt number of the fin surface,select the optimal structure conditions from 18 groups of finned tube;above the waste heat waste heat bath accounted for 80%,with bath wastewater characteristics,proposed the establishment of a sewage pool immersion type heat exchanger the sewage heat,smooth pipe is added in the spoiler rotor was optimized,twisted disturbance caused by adding fluid in tube.By means of Fluent numerical calculation,4 kinds of heat exchanger tubes and torsional tubes with different torsion ratio are simulated and contrasted from two aspects of velocity field and temperature field,and the research is carried out according to the principle of field synergy.Based on the analysis of the existing heat recovery system of bathing pool waste heat,combined with the efficient heat exchanger studied in this paper,a new type of University bathhouse wastewater dual source heat pump is put forward.The evaporator of the heat pump sewage station adopts the evaporator,and the external window is used to build the exhaust evaporator to achieve the function of the waste heat recovery and the exhaust port.The terminal adopts the phase change water tank technology,and solves the problem of time and space mismatch by using the peak valley electricity policy.The design of the system has an important role in promoting the waste heat recovery in the bath of colleges and universities,and has played a new way of thinking for the energy saving of the public auxiliary services.
