Renewable power has been valued in the future development of distributed networks. With the development of distributed generation and batteries and the modification of controllable load, traditional distribution networks is facing a series of challenges.Active distribution networks,as a solving scheme of compatibility with renewable power sources and distribution networks, have raised the attention of researchers, and its optimizing operation is a hot topics.DG have it own randomness and intermittent, which goes against with the stability of networks. Now,It has no reasonable models has been built or used to describe this kind of irregular changes. When it comes to the built of target functions, the standard is whether the function can represent the safety, economy, and reliability of networks. But in the short term, there is no related research. And for the solving algorithm, the main problem is whether the algorithm choose is feasible for the question, which means whether it can according to several targets, give diversified results, this is the mean problems to be considered during the analysis of ADN.In this paper, considering the above questions, the component devices in AND.Is built based on probability theory, and give the results that how Renewable power affect node voltage and branch power flow with CDF curves. And Target function containing costs losses and voltage skewing is built to describe the optimizing operation problem of AND.Finally, the solving algorithm was modified to improve its searching ability to get better results. With simulation in IEEE-14 systems, this method was proved to be true and effective.
