The optimization operation of microgrid has become the hot spot of researchrecently, the realization of coordinated optimization of each distributed power cancontribute a lot to improving the efficiency and reliability in microgrid.This paper describes the microgrid operation control strategies which are dividedinto two layers, the central layer and distributed power unit-level control. We canestablish the grid and island operation each operation strategy, and determine theloads’ resection or limitation of renewable energy power generations through theresearch on operating characteristics of various distributed power, load changes, andconnection with large grid or not. Taking this as the basis, it optimizes and coordinatesstop order of distributed and power supply.To enhance the node voltage quality, reduce line losses and run maintenance costs,this paper has built the mathematical model of the microgrid optimization operation,and optimized the allocation of distributed generation in the microgrid by usingdifferential immune algorithm. When microgrid is being optimizing, differentialevolution algorithm is referenced, it can expand the effective search range, acceleratethe convergence, and then form the differential immune algorithm which is better formicrogrid operation optimization. The focus on operation optimization can be changedthrough the adjustment of emphasis. The simulation result shows that the purpose ofimproving microgrid node voltage quality, reducing the loss of line and the operationmaintenance can be realized by using the differential immune algorithm to optimizethe micro grid operation.
